Last night the Normal (IL) city council and the board of Heartland Community College both approved a contract finalizing a Frontier League team and a ballpark, beginning next season.

So that makes 13 for next year. Any ideas who 14th will be. Or will the 3 chicago teams come over and make 16?
#14 ought to be the Woodstock/McHenry County effort, no?
